urHackathon

An event platform for hackathons, serving many organizers at once. I led the build.

What was hard
Organizers, participants and a host admin area each needed their own app, and all of them had to deploy together.
What shipped
A multi-organizer platform, Arabic first with English, with a shared component library and a built-in AI assistant, Rakan.
Live on both stores

urWhats

A WhatsApp business product, on web and mobile. I led the build.

What was hard
One product across a web app and a mobile app, and through review on both app stores.
What shipped
A web app, and a mobile app live on Google Play and the App Store.
Running daily

AI agent teams

I run teams of AI agents on real production work, and I set up the same for clients.

What was hard
Keeping many agents working in parallel without losing track or trusting wrong claims.
What shipped
A manager agent that coordinates the work, tracks tasks and checks claims against live state. Also AI-assisted video editing and Arabic promo videos with AI voice.
